I will be 19 next month and the thought that I have yet to have a boyfriend, or even a date had occured to me. Now, I am constantly being told that I am attractive, and I am definitely not a ditz in any way. I make people laugh, and I am only opinionated when I need to be. Im honest, and caring....and yet, still without a boyfriend. Is there something im doing thats wrong, or that is just wrong with me?

don't feel bad, there are people older than you who still have not had a boyfriend. i got my first one at 18. it didn't last. i just wanted to have one and in the end he broke my heart. if i really wanted one, i would have had one a long time ago but my heart would've been broken several times because there was always something wrong with the ones that asked me out. i always found this out after I declined, and i was happy i declined. My advice is don't go out with any guy, just to get it over with. Your situation is not uncommon. people just don't wanna talk about it and hide it (for example my 22 year old cousin). just be yourself and wait when the right guy comes to you. trust me...it'll be worth the wait. i sure learned my lesson. good luck!!!

You sound pretty independant. Maybe you haven't felt the need to have a boyfriend, until now. You don't need a man to complete you. But if you feel that you want one just keep being yourself, and you will find someone.
