i barely started to lift weights 2 weeks ago. I am still cut but skinny. i eat so much- no gained weight. i tried creatine and protein. no results (protein tasted nasty) The creatine gave my side affects. SO i lost the hardness in my muscles so far i weigh 143 lbs. i can bench 185, squat 225. so how can i get bigger. i need weightlifting techniques- along with some GOOD tasting protein thats cheap so i dont waste a whole bunch of money on something that doesnt work. OH yeah i eat a lot of high protein foods. Can it b im not eating enough vegetables for amino acids that i need for protein development?

If you have the willpower to count everything you eat, just remember this, eat the way you would if you were at the weight you want to be. In other words, youre at 145 pounds right now, say you want to be 180 pounds, eat the calorie content for someone who is 180 pounds. Also the protein and amino acids are very important, especially the amino acids, just buy amino acids in pill form, and mix the protein powder with milk and fruits.

But also you should eat a lot of carbs. The proteins and aminos will help with rebuilding your muscles, but the carbs is what will put the weight on you to help build up your muscle. And no fat does not turn into muscle, I mean feed your body so that it has fat in it so that you have fat to burn and muscle to build. Otherwise your muscle will be what is burned. Also a great workout program that will pack mass on you quickly is located at www.mass-cycle.com, this system works.

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn. When adding calories, try to stay away from adding too much fat. While you can get fat from eating carbohydrates or protein, your body likes to use carbohydrates as fuel more than fat. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you have to stimulate your muscles enough through resistance training that while they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member.
