Just take a look at this I'm not stating this is whats happening to every, I'm just posting this cause millions and millions of people are having these symptoms including myself. I've been to the doctors had many tests done and they say theres nothing wrong, and that its anxiety. Everyone is getting this response. Anywas here is the article.

I took a look at the site you posted and it is quite lengthy. I only glanced over it and must say I got a little panicky thinking some weird message might come out and mess with my mind.

Sorry, it's what it is...but my husband has reoccurring attacks and that's exactly what he describes. But they are not all the time. They come on at different times, but when they do...he feels like he's going to die or worse. Xanax is the prescription he was given and it works at the times he feels them coming on. I didn't read your article, but I know for sure what he feels and goes through is anxiety attacks for no apparent reason. So...thats my answer. ;-)

I'm pretty sure what you are having is a panic attack. Along with your sympoms, you may also experience nausea, cold sweats or hot flashes.

panic attack... i have them some times outta no where and i space out.. and just like shutdown.. i havent been diagnosed but research panic attack and see whatcha find.. good luck :)
