I don't think anyone should be laughing when you break someone's heart. That's really sad. (To guys who do that) Not critisizing all guys but the people who do, why do you do it? Does it make you feel good break someone's heart?
p.s. I'm not brokenhearted in real life, but i've been in a situation like that, and I don't find it funny at all.

I wouldn't necessiarly say that they find it funny. In my experience there are probably one of two reasons that they may APPEAR to find it funny:
1. They are proving themselves to their friends, and how "over it" they are.
2. They have been "brokenhearted" before in their lives, and find it as a type of vengance against the universe.
3. It really was funny (just kidding)

i think its becasue they still ahve feelings and they dont know how to deal with it. from the time a male child is born their always told to suck it up and think that comes through later in life as not knowing how to deal with their feelings. their not babied like girls. they get made fun of when they cry, as opposed to girls who are encouraged to be amotional from the time their born. and because of this poking fun at "weekness" they feel that they have to poke fun to show theat they are still stable and the one who broke their heart was the one who was wrong and they were right, even if they knew they werent or what ever the situation entails.

just like grils guys tend to make fun of other people or brake hearts to make them feel good. who knows what is happening in there life. maybe being mean helps them get through it but i dont think its a smart choice

if the guy laughs at the girl after breaking her heart, he might be using it as a cover up to hide the anger or confusion and regret he may be feeling. it might be an awkward moment. who knows? he might go home and sulk for a while and feel bad about it...

I broke a girl's heart before, and I never laughed about it. (In fact, I'm still kicking myself.) :(
Any guys who laugh at broken hearts aren't men or boys; they're just jerks.

i know exactly how you feel. its a game to them. but some do it because they don't want to feel guilty so they turn the guilt into laughter to get over it. some guys are such jerks.
