Do girl's use this as a pick-up line too?(girls only)?

"You look familiar." or "Do I know you?"I've had a few girls say that to me.I know us guys use that as a line or a conversation starter, but I don't know if I should take it as flirting.

I'm married now, but when I was single I would simply say "hi" and make strong eye contact. Worked for me.

I personally don't use it as a pick up line. But some girls may use it to play around and mess with your mind if they are either desperate or with there friends.

this can be used as a pick up line and it has been plenty of times but alot of time people are genuinely asking do they know you. try looking at body language

in a bar or social setting it is usually a pick up line...i've used it. at the market or in line at the convenient store, it means they really want to know. (have i slept with this guy or maybe one of his buddies before?!?!) ha
