No. The only way you can claim rights to work in the UK through portugal is if you become a portuguese citizen. Then you will get an EU passport and the world (well, europe) is your oyster.

Without portuguese citizenship you need to queue up for a work visa like the rest of us.

However, if in your time in portugual you marry a portuguese citizen, you will both be entitled to come over and work in the UK.

If you have a Portuguese passport, or a passport of any other EU country then you are free to work in the UK. Otherwise you'd have to get a work permit for here (UK) & are best to contact the nearest UK embassy to where you live.

The man Extra cash m is a scam. Identity theft is a multimillion business. if you are careless and submit your details to scammers like this, you will soon find the police and the bailiff at your door step and will be paying back debt for money you have never seen.

you need a work permit to work in uk . but if you become a portugese citizen, then you dont need one.

No you can not, your visa is for Portugal it can not be transferred to the UK, it means nothing in Britain, you would be sent back to Brazil, sorry dude.

Not only would you require a WORK PERMIT, but if its validity was to exceed SIX MONTHS then you would also require ENTRY CLEARANCE (ie a VISA) before travelling to the UK.
