They are a dime a dozen, just look in the paper. GO to the shelter and the rescues there are alot of poodles, and poodle mixes believe me.

A Cockapoo or Cockerpoo is a hybrid dog, created by crossing a American Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle, in most cases the Miniature Poodle or Toy Poodle. Also by breeding cockapoo to cockapoo of like generations. Breeders usually try to retain the small build of the American Cocker Spaniel, while retaining the wavy quality of the Poodle's coat.

Check your local humane society or a no kill shelter. You will have to pay a minimum fee plus they spay or neuter and deworm them and check to see if they are heartworm positive.

Check out labradoodles on next day pets or another pet site.This is not an akc reconized breed, but it is a breed that is regularly bred. I dont care for them but the lab tempers the poodels temperment nicely. It gives you a nice dog with the best of both breeds.

animal shelter usually have mixed dogs.And by the way these dogs seems to be your freind for life,i have two.They also have less health problems than pruebreds.
