No, he didn't need to.
He was as High as a person can get from the Love of God his Father. He shared that with US.

First of all Jesus was like way to scared to do it....So he had Moses smoke it...Here Moses try this, sit down next to this burnin bush.......Oh! YES my load this is way kewl, So he proceeds on writing the 10 comandments...after God was done he said ENJOY!! moses said I'll write 5 more so he did and GOD got mad and said NO MORE BURNING BUSHS FOR PLEASURE /
