I really like this guy and I have been told that he likes me but whenever I'm around him he makes no gestures in either direction. I need some advice please!

well, lets see.......
Dress really hot, and I mean really hot.
Ask him out for lunch, or to a coffee shop, to socialize.
Consentrate on him, ask a lot of questions about him and only him.
Than tell him that you are waiting for a prince to come along (mention that 4 times in 1 hour and 30 minutes)

Talk to him. Ask him something, to engage him in a conversation. If he likes you, he'll keep talking as long as you do.
