What happens in your body when you crack something like your knuckles or something?

yOU Want to know what happens and i am barely fourteen year old. I have crooked as hell fingers and yes they grew bigger swolled, they got very swollen because I broke my tendons because they were weal and now I have crooked fingers. don't crack the m please that is a very bad habit that screwed up my life because now I have temporary pains in my joints in my fingers. the back is more strong but just avoid cracking it by standing up straight, sorry if the word teeth appeared

You can't get arthritis from it that's for sure my grandpa has been cracking his knuckles since he was 12 and now he is 62 and not a sign of arthritis..You might just get a kinda fat finger but nothing serious

P.S. shouldn't make fingers crooked either. i Don't crack mine and my fingers are alittle crooked. its just one side grew faster.

It causes friction between bones and wears out the sunovial fluid leading to osteoarthritis eventually.
