Well, if the father has the child then the mother has to pay child support. If the mother has the child and the fathers name is on the birth certificate then he has to pay child support. If the fathers name isn't on the birth certificate then they would need to get DNA done. The courts have to order for a parent to pay child support and usually go over visitation rights for both parents. If the person who is supposed to be paying child support gets a different job, then you have to go to the courts to file for child support again. That's how it is in Michigan. I'm not sure if that's what you were asking, but I hope that I helped!!

There are unmarried couples all over the place who have children. Who can tell if they are married or not? Who cares? If you are one you can't put it back. You can get married if you want to. Be a good parent.

You do not have to have a dna test unless the father wants one. The law is that the father keep medical insurance on the child if he works and to pay child support also. It is different from state to state but talk to your county attorney

What exactly is the law that you are looking for? Consult with a lawyer that deals with family law. They should be able to answer any questions you may have.

There shouldnt be a law .. People are aloud to have children in or out of wedlock .. Ive had two out and one in .. I dont think theres a difference and it shouldnt be made a big deal .. sometimes accidents happen and sometimes marriage isnt for some people.

That would depend on what state you live in, HOWEVER, both parents are responsible for a child whether they are married to each other or not.

I don't think I understand the question, but both are obligated to provide for the child.

I think that you would have to have a DNA test in order to put the father on the birth certificate if you're not married.
