Why is it that male dogs always sniff human females' private areas?

We have scent glands in our crotch, as well as feet and armpits. They're making sure we are us. It's rude, but it's like when they sniff another dog's butt. The scent gland is pretty much like a name tag..."Hello, my name is..."

They have a powerful sense of smell and they go to where the smell is. They have no idea that it isn't a proper thing to do.,
