Biscuits are probably more nutritious. Also, Jesus might have been more familiar with biscuits, since potatoes are a New World food. Jesus might not have seen biscuits per se, but he might have known challah bread and challah rolls.

However, I'm sure Jesus likes all kinds of delicious foods.

Jesus would eat what ever you are having. While He lived He ate a healthy diet of fish, bread, fruits. So He would probably eat the biscuit if given a choice.
