How Can I Change the Currency on iTunes?

How Can I Change the Currency on iTunes? I want to buy a song, & the currency is in like.. Yen or something. Can i change that & How?

Unfortunately that is impossible on iTunes (at least to my knowledge). There IS one way around it, however, if you buy a gift card from overseas (Japan in this case) you can enter that code, and be able to buy from that particular country.
