Passover is eight days long. The night before the first day (erev passover) and the night of the first day are the most important days, this is when seders are held, along with the second day. The last two days are also important but not as much so as the first two. And Demotis, I don't know where you got the idea that reformed Jews celebrate for seven days because I'm reformed, and I have always celebrated for eight, along with everyone else I know.

In Israel, Passover is a 7-day holiday, with the first and last days celebrated as a full festival (involving abstention from work, special prayer services and holiday meals). In the Jewish diaspora outside Israel, the holiday is traditionally celebrated for 8 days (although Reform Jews celebrate for 7 days), with the first two days and last two days celebrated as full festivals. The intervening days are known as Chol HaMoed ("festival weekdays").

One night. Sundown to sundown (actually it ends at sunrise, but most people observe a full day). It's based on the Lunar calendar, so it is a movable date.
