I always ask a person who does not believe in God and Jesus, but is open to believe, to pray to God in Jesus name, I ask them to pray to God to show them that He is real. When you pray do not doubt that He will answer you. What you, in effect, are asking Him, is to be saved. God bless you! When you accept the Lord as your Savior, find a good Bible believing church to attend.

One believable fact about Christianity is that once you are saved, and accept Jesus as your personal Saviour you have much more peace in your life. I was very lost and confused, sad all the time but the Holy Spirit convicted me, and I was saved, ever since I have felt able to be at peace, and calm, and happy. I hope this helps you. Good Luck, try finding a local Independant Baptist church in your area, they'll know how to help guide you to the Lord.

science is prone to error, like the flawed theory on the Big bang (something had to start it, but they still can't explain that), or how they claim humans descended from apes because of a fused chromosome, but they found one. dna doesn't disintegrate and cells even have parts that fix genetic mistakes, so if something fused, that creature would be a) mentally challenged or b) incapable of reproduction.

also consider the fact of time having to be initiated. a lot points to God, jsu of course, atheists won't ever admit this. just believe.

The only reason to believe, in my opinion, is if you have a personal, subjective, intuitive experience of the Divine. It could be in a church; it could be out in nature; it could be in your own bed late at night.

Words won't convey that kind of deeply emotional experience, so I'm afraid I don't have anything to offer you in that respect. But as far as I'm concerned, it's not necessary. Atheism and agnosticism are honorable approaches to the mysteries of existence. If you have no personal reason to believe in God beyond fear, then you're better off accepting that you do not believe -- to do anything would be, to me, dishonest.

You don't need religion to believe in higher power. It comes from within. Believe in yourself and what you can do and that positive experience will improve your life and contentment before you die.

God showed his love to people while we were sinners by sending his son to die for our sins!
Jesus is proven to be a historic person and the only person without sin! If you want to believe in God just think how beautiful is the pallet God used to create life with such vibrance and colour and God's patended emotion called love.

Try reading "Why We Believe What We Believe," by Andrew Newberg. It's very enlightening.
