serious just stop drinking sodas eating sweets and go on walks and u will be able to loose weight then walk farther and run or watever join the YMCA it really helps!

Go on a diet that you can do for the rest of your life. In other words just do something like weight watchers, that way you dont deprive yourself of food. Get active, dont just sit around, even if its mowing the yard, doing the laundry, cleaning a house even if its already clean. Just get up and do something. If you already have the drive and willpower to exercise, great, go with just walking or cycling for now, then work your way up to things like swimming, pilates, yoga, weight training, jogging, etc.

The only way you can lose that much is through a controlled diet and exercise. (Weights and walking daily will help give you a boost.)

There is no 'magic' formula that will make you lose that much weight in a short amount of time.

Either swim or do like pilates!! It's really easy and fun!
