Because in Bible God creat Eve and not any more person. Eve is the wife of Ad em. So who can be his daughter-in-law?

it's Adam. it sounds disturbing, but Adam and Eve's children married eachother. Cain (the first born) had a wife, so logically, Adam had daughters. As to whom, I don't know. records don't say her name.

as for law, there was no earthly law established. it was just marry to make children and stay with your spouse.
