There's quick and there's safe. I'd suggest safe over quick any time.
Have your parents make an appointment with your doctor and see what options he/she suggests for you. Most doctors will recommend the old "diet and exercise" program because it's safe and it works. It takes time and it's hard work but the results are proven. At the very least your doctor will be able to tell you what your weight should be for your age and height so you'll have a goal to work toward. Your doctor may also suggest a dietitian who can help you work out a meal plan that is nutritious and helpful for loosing weight.
You might want to start an exercise program on your own such as running/jogging/walking, aerobics or even simply doing some yoga or tai chi daily. That combined with a good nutritional plan and some determination will help you loose the wight you want.
Whatever you decide, I wish you the best of luck.

The best thing to do is change your eating habits. I know everyone says that but there are things out there that taste great and are good for you. It doesn't require you to starve or eat salads all the time just look for different things like soy meals like the boca burgers, soy milk like silk, oatmeal is great, and the tuna diet. You can do it over the weekend eat tuna all day and instead of 3 meals divided those 3 so you can have 6 meals instead; smaller but closer together to keep your metabolism going. Don't do the diet more than 3 days because you also need protein, carbs etc. It works to loose a few pounds you gaind during the week. Grapefruit is great to 1 after every meal. Drink a lot of water and avoid fatty foods, high in cholesterol, and sweets. For exercise, I recommend walking, crunches (for the stomach), or 8 minute abs its great and you can do what you can. Start slow, don't exagerate, everything takes time and with time you get used to different foods and exercising. I suggest you also talk to your doctor so he can make sure you are well enough to start a diet and exercise. He might even recommend a program for you or schedule a meeting with a nutrionist. It's important for your health to get down to your ideal weight but it is all up to you and it all takes time and dedication. I am there with you, I have lost around 50-60 lbs and i got a ways to go. Good luck, hang in there, you'll be glad your looking into this now.

well 1st off u need to look at your eating habbits. you should eat healthier food and not so much sweets. my advice is eat 5 small meals a day. that way you wont be hungry often and can keep the eating under control. u can still eat sweets jsut not so much. also here comes the most dreaded part lolz. u have 2 excersise. power walking is good and sit ups and curl ups are good 4 getting rid of that extra fat and toning the abbs. bycicaling and walking/running on the treadmill is good to. most important thing is u have 2 have confidence in yourself. u have 2 commit 2 healthy eating and believe u can get slimmer. if u beleive u can do it
good luck

cut down on fatty and junk food such as fried food, fast food and too much carbohydrates. eat a balanced meal with meat, fish and vegetables and fruits. do some low impact exercise like brisk walking or biking and if you can handle it, jog. you can also do some crunches at home, just make sure you do it right or you'll hurt your back and neck. and always warm up and stretch first. search on the internet on how to do crunches properly to lose your "spare tire".

do some cardio exercise, such as running, swimming, playing sports, take a nice walk with a friend or dog if you have one, there are many solutions, eat more veggies and fruits, and drink lots of water (at least 5 bottles a day) cut down on fats, such as butter, bread, pork, fried foods, anything oily like pizza.
fish and chicken (eggs as well) is great for protein, you don't have to cut meat out completely just don't eat it with bread (like a hamburger). pork is a big NO.
good luck!

Watch the documentry "Super size me", this is a good motivation to losing weight. Jog, limit your diet to half of what you eat, and stay off of the computer more often! You have to change your habits and your lifestyle. Some familys never go outside and order fast food very often.

There are no quick ways to lose weight. Plus the fact of your age, leads me to believe you need to get medical advise. anything you do to lose weight fast can put your life in danger, so you need your parents to work this out with you.
Please talk to them ASAP as this weight can lead to juvenile diabetes, and high blood pressure, and other diseases.
good luck
