about a month ago i ask my brother what he thought about the way i was treating my "kid" and he told me i was a great "mother" well his girlfriend said that he told her something completely different y would he lie to his sister?

You're assuming your brother lied to you....is it not a possibility that his gf is lying to you? Maybe he felt, at some point, that you weren't when he stated that to his gf but then changed his mind on it after seeing something or talking to you about parenting, etc.
