Squirt some saline solution in your eye. It might be helpful to have someone do it for you so it will get deep into the crevice of your eye and eyelid. Then, push your finger gently into and around your eye socket and see if that loosens it. Be careful if you DO get it out that you get the entire contact out - sometimes when that happens, the contact breaks and may be in more than one piece.

If you cannot get it out (or find ALL of the contact), you should definitely visit your eye doctor. A contact stuck in your eye for that long could lead to serious infection.

Good luck!

I have had this problem many times. This is what you do, close that eye, and basically flex your eyelid shut while moving your eye around in circles. You should eventually feel it at the tip of your upper or lower eye lid, at that point stop flexing and moving your eye around. Then keeping your eye closed, take your finger and touch where the top of the contact would be, and move it to the center of your eye. Then open your eye and it should be there.

If its not, but you can still feel it close to the tip of your eye lid, grab the eyelashes that is attached to the eyelid you feel it at, and pull your eyelid away from your eye. Sounds weird, but it wont hurt or anything, remember you dont have to pull it way out, just make it so that the tip of the eyelid isnt touching the eye. Then with the other hand, do the deal where you basically push the contact to the center of your eye. If none of this works, go to the e.r. I know that sounds a little much, but if your contact has been up inside your eye socket for close to a week, then the chemicals from that contact can damage your eye, and the contact will eventually loose all its moisture content and will literally glue itself to your eye.

Trust me very bad things will happen if you dont get it out tonight. Good luck.

The contact may or may not be in there. At this point you need to go see your eye doctor soon.

If the contact is still in your eye, it can cause an infection. If it is not in your eye but feels like it is, there may be a scratch on your eye or other problem that needs to be addressed. Please see your doctor ASAP.

Don't try to get it out. It's probably not in there.

You've probably damaged your conjunctiva, and it only feels like there's something in there. In fact, looking in the mirror, it may even appear that the contact is in there, when you touch your eye and slide the membrane a little. Pulling on it will further damage it, and will likely lead to infection.

Use some eye drops to lubricate it and then attempt to get it out. i don't comprehend how long you have had contacts, yet as quickly as I had then , the only way I have been given them out became to push down on my greater eyelid and then push up on the touch itself. If that would not artwork, try the attention care aisle on the shop. they might have slightly device to help get contacts out. I have been given mine from my optometrist. it fairly is like slightly suction cup - you positioned it on the midsection of the touch and then in basic terms pull, or it additionally has slightly wedge on it to to attempt to get below it. Plus it fairly is all rubber so it would not harm your eye.

go to your optomistrist as soon as possible. my friend also has a contact stuck in her eye-more like the side of her head! but it isnt giving her any discomfort, idk.

also, try crying alot. it might help to wash the contact out to a place where you can remove it.
