okay so i died my hair like 2 months ago a really dark brown, and i TOTALLY regret it, im a natural blode, so you can see how that was a mistake. anyways im going to dye it back finally. and im not sure whether i should deep condition then color or color then deep conditioning. from what i have been researching deep conditioning beofre doesnt let chemicals take well, so i think im going to do it after. but my hair is also permed [[another big mistake i made]] so im hoping dying it before coloring wont completly kill my hair, cause its really healthy naturally and i dont wanna lose that, ANY advice well help, please?!?!

color, then deep condition. if you condition before, your color might not penetrate as well. a deep condition after color will also help protect your color. if you hair is darker and you want to go lighter, then you must do a tint remover, which can be somewhat damaging, then go back with the correct blond tone. if your hair is still pretty healthy then this process won't be too bad, as long as you use low volume developer for your blond tone. you might have to trim an inch or so afterword, but you should be ok. definitely have a stylist do this process, because removing tint by yourself could have very negative consequences

deep condition afterward, and i mean really deep condition. If possible leave on for an hour then put a leave in condioner after. I have made all of these mistakes before, but i have natural dark brown hair so i bleached mine...looks good but fried me....lol.

honestly i would do both because if you bleach your hair back out blonde its going to be really hard on it. i would condition really really good though after you dye it back...
