Yes crying is very unhealthy if you continue to think so, and attempt to hold it back.

Crying is not at all unhealthy. when you accept that crying is a normal release of emotional energy that brings about healing, growth, and the resumption of your normal life. Volume of crying can vary depending on the magnitude of the event in question.

Your eyes are burning because you've probably had tissue or your fingers in them trying to dry the tears away.

Your midsection hurts because your using muscles you didn't know you had. Crying is not a normal activity you engage in so the pain you are experiencing is like that of a person that dose not go to the gym often and aches after the first few work outs.

It's ok to cry but despite what the others so far have said if you are crying a lot, quite often then there may be something wrong. You may be suffering from depression. If you are feeling other symptoms of depression then you probably need to talk to an expert about it

its good to cry and get the poison feelings out of your system, however if you are crying more than a few days they perhaps you should ask yourself what the reason is...has someone passed on? have you broken up with someone? etc etc these are normal things to cry about and its ok to cry but if u dont know why you are crying then i would suggest a visit to the dr incase od depression....

in the mean time sending you a big virtual *hug*!!

no, its acually healthy to cry because your not holding your emotions in, your letting them out. And thats good, because if it builds up and you get depressed than you have a problem. But if your sad everyday then your depressed, and you need to talk to someone before it gets worse.
