it depend on which one the More dominant gene is....and just so you know...you baby can even be a different color .... if there is that in your past..you might not even know it... it can come up...it might just be a recessive gene... so...its whatever is more dominant....just love the baby no matter what...its yours...

Brown hair and brown eyes are dominant traits, so chances are greater that the children will have brown/brown. But if there are recessive genes for blonde/blue in them, the odds actually go up that you will have a blonde haired, blue eyed cutie.

I have brown hair and eyes, most everyone on my side of the family does, my wife is blonde/hazel eyed, both my daughters are blonde, one with hazel eyes, one with blue.

It all depends on whether the brown haired, brown eyed individual was Heterozygous or Homozygous. Blue eyes and blond hair are recessive traits , and brown hair and brown eyes are dominant traits. Check out the link below.

example: My mom has brown eyes, brown hair, and my dad blue eyes, blond hair. I am blond haired, blue eyed, so my mom is Heterozygous.

it all depends on the genes. My hubby has blond hair blue eyes. Me- BLACK hair, green/hazel eyes.

Our kids are all.... Blond hair blue eyes!

I didn't get to see my first child immediately after she was born and when the nurse brought her in, I thought she brought me the wrong baby!
Luckily my hubby was there to tell me that this was our child!

Is the darker parent pure brown and brown, or does he/she have recessive blue/ blond genes?
