Deer Island New Brunswick.?

Can anyone tell me some fasinating infromation about vacationing for a week in August on Deer Island.

There's a whirlpool on Deer Island. It's best to see it during a new moon or a full moon. You can go whale watching from Deer Island. It's a good place for beachcombing and really for outdoor types of things. Do you kayak? Cycle? There is good hiking and good bird-watching; you can see eagles there.
