My daughter is 14 months old and has no baby teeth. Should I be concerned?

Absolutely Not..... She will probably get them really soon... You will start to see blanching of the gums when she ready.

I would be. Most children get their first teeth...usually the U & L centrals ... when they are anywhere from 4-6 months old. 14 months is REALLY 'outside' normal limits. There are rare cases in which some/ all teeth are congenitally missing.....and you should see if the child has this problem. If so, little can be done about it at the present time....but it is a good thing to at least be aware of it.
