well first you have to see if they both have feelings for eachother and then ask them both if they would want to go out with eachother.

Have them get together, talk, become friends, discus things and if its right it will happen on its own.

don't do it .....it will back fire some how...it has to happen on its own...so just all of u hang out together in a group and see what happens
