He is approx. 43 and married (but on the rocks) he is aquaintances w/ a girl my age around 20-22. He has A LOT of money, he said she is acting very interested in him, but she has told him before that she has a boyfriend. What are some ways for him to find out if she is just acting like this for his money OR if she really is interested in him?

He shouldn't find out at all. He should try to work on his marriage or end his marriage. She should stick to her boyfriend. PERIOD! No good comes out of trying to go for others while with significant others.
