Over-brushing often caused tooth to become sensitive and translucent. Bushing too little end up not clean. What to do?
Which should comes first, brushing before breakfast, or breakfast before brushing? Brushing - breakfast - brushing will make teeth sensitive sooner or later.
Can anyone please give your advice. Thank you

Your teeth are naturally translucent. It is not caused by brushing or anything else! If your teeth are sensitive, you may be brushing too hard. Use Sensodyne toothpaste and try to keep it on your teeth for a few mins. to allow it to penetrate the teeth. Give it a few weeks to work. You should always brush b4 eating to get rid of all the bacteria that has accumulated overnight. Brush after eating breakfast as well,,, if possible!...

A tooth becomes translucent not because of brushing. Brushing is healthy. Now you can get recession at the gumline for brushing to hard so always make sure you use a soft toothbrush. Translucentcy comes from thin enamel of the tooth there are alot of things that can cause this- hereditary, to many acidic drinks, sucking on lemons alot, drugs, bulemia etc..... Usually brushing before breakfast is ok but if you choose to do it after its ok also. At least 3 times daily is recommended and flossing is also necessary. Sensadine toothpaste will help you with sensativity also a home flouride treatment will help. I hope I have helped a little.
