a wierd type of acne??

what is the best way to treat acne and i have this wierd acne where its like swollen and stuff but its not reddened or like painful...it jus like swollen like a zit but no head no redness and no pain and they stay for a while?! what is it

There are many types of acne. Consult a dermatologist for treatment.

good question--I suggest you go see your doctor for it does not sound like acne.
