I want to lose weight and fast! The only sport I like is karate and I'm doing that but, I wan't to exercise 1 hr. per day. I go to karate 3 times a week for 45 min. That just isn't enough. Do you have something fun that can help get fit? Please! Help! I will give the first person with good ideas 10 points, 5 stars!.......... if you want points and starts, do not write yoga.

i'd say dance classes. i think that would be super fun. or you can do sports like volleyball or tennis or something like that. hope this helps!

Try doing Zumba
It basically a dance/excercise program
Its a 4 DVD package

Also, that new Alli pill that was FDA approved, it works with excersise and healthy eating, and I think you loose an extra two pounds or so, but I really wouldn't use it myself since i'm still 15

Dancing is always fun. Look for a hip hop exercise dvd, they even have one with Carmen Electra, and she does a strip tease sort of exercise. Also cut down your carbs and eat more lean proteins and green vegetables.
I took a pilates class and I found the exercises less strenuous than cardio. They say it's a form of yoga, but it's not. I don't like yoga very much. I liked pilates, it's great for strength and posture.

Have you ever seen a fat figure skater????

I didn't think so..........................if you can do karate you have the balance and knees to figure skate.

The key is getting a pair of skates with an edge on them....for some unfathomable reason rental skates are as dull as butter knives...while your own skates hold an edge...buy yourself a pair of Reidels.and IMMEDIATELY get them sharpened...new skates have NO EDGE ...there is a learn to skate group for any age in any skating rink...................

You no longer need thick ankles to skate and get skinny, just a brain...................Reidels hold your "weak" ankles up it will take you about 3 weeks to break them in.......wear them at home with a skate guard on and join the legion of pro skaters.........

and I'm 57and started skating 6 years ago..........

weigh 160 and have 5 silver and 2 gold medals to prove it!!

and the really crazy part is your brain is working overtime with your body so once you step off the ice you've been in another reality....

There is plenty of choices out there. First of all when doing any kinds of sports-dont forget dieting! It will speed up the process of losing weight like 50%. A lot of gyms nowadays offer many classes,like dance and step aerobics, pilates, boxing and even so called "strip" dance around the pole, but of course without taking off your clothes:)) Personally I go to NYSC and really love it! Its a little boring to workout on my own, so i just try to attend as many classes as my schedule allows, which makes my everyday gym routine real fun! Whenever you go to gym just try all of their classes and see for yorself! Good luck, you on the right track!

I've always heard sex burns a fair amount of calories. But I wouldn't know my wife always is in a hurry up mode and doesnt let me perform long enough to burn alot of calories.

find a trainer that will give you the right one for your body type!
