i know exactly what you are talking about! it's great! being in the military, we had fried bologna sandwiches often. for breakfast like you explained. also,for lunch we would have fried bologna sandwiches with lettuce, tomato,cheese &mayo with the right amount of salt & pepper.sometimes for dinner we would have fried bologna with mac & cheese and fries.everyone should try it once. people would be surprised how much they might like it ,also it's very inexspensive !

I've never had it with egg, but I do love fried bologna with mayo for lunch

i eat an egg and cheese sandwich in the morning, yum!

although i could try fried bologna and egg sandwich with some mayo, that sounds good.

fried bologna is sooo yummy...I like to get my bologna a little charred around the edges....so good...I like it by itself or in a sandwich

that is great but you have to cut a lil cross in the middle of the bologna before cooking and burn a lil on the edges.

I grew up on fried bologna! We had them in place of bacon or sausage. Yum!
