You must be pretty young. Are you? As you age all the abuse that you're putting your body through will catch up with you.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I'm just saying this so you can have a healthier future.
Doctors treat symptoms, diseases, illnesses... so basically they'll tell you you are unhealthy when it is too late and already have diabetes, lung cancer, high cholesterol etc...
The fact is, most people in their 20's are perfectly fine and healthy because their bodies heal themselves with even a minimal amount of nutrition and exercise. When you reach your 30's though, everything changes and your habits of the past will come back to haunt you in the form of disease and illness.
I would look at your family history to see what you might expect in the future. If your family is all super healthy even after sharing your same habits, then, wow, you really are the luckiest guy in the world!

Surprise, you ARE young. Things like smoking and poor diet often don't catch up with people until they are past their prime. The damage done from smoking often doesn't show up until it's too late to reverse it.
Food is similar but not as bad. The poorer your diet when you are younger, the greater your chances of being overweight, diabetic, or having osteoporosis or heart disease are when you're older.
It WILL catch up to you.

You're playing with fire. It WILL catch up with you. Don't take your fantastic health for granted. Take care of yourself before you do irreparable damage. I have a kidney condition that often results in transplant. Since I changed my diet and lost 20#, my #'s are wonderful and the dr can hardly believe it. Don't wait until you HAVE to make changes. Do it for yourself now. You won't regret it.

If its not hurting you now, then why change? Can't fix something that isn't broken.
