(who would've thought of that!?)

EVERYONE HAS ABS! It's just the layer of body fat that is covering them. The abdominal muscles are a group of 6 muscles that extend from various places on the ribs to various places on the pelvis. They provide movement and support to the trunk. They also assist in the breathing process.
The first place to start to make these ab muscles show is diet!
I know you only weigh 92 lbs. That's not the kind of diet I mean. Your food choices have to be healthier to support your goal. Stay off the junk food. Low fat, low sugar. Lean protien, complex carbs. Think healthy like low or no fat yogurt, fresh fruit, lots of water! Little things like leaving off the cheese and mayo on a sandwich make a huge difference. Next, turn your body into a fat burning machine, eat five smaller, healthy meals throughout the day instead of two or three meals. This keeps the body working. Okay, so now you are eating right and that layer of belly fat. While you are doing this you need to work those ab muscles to define and sculpt them into the six pack look you want. While exorcises like sit ups and crunches are good to tone and define, you also need to do a weighted routine:
1- Weighted crunches
2- Weighted incline sit-ups
3- Weighted sit-ups
These are the best three to break those ab muscles down. See, the way muscles grow bigger and noticable is actually by you breaking them down through exorcises, then they build back, stronger and bigger, That soreness you feel the next day in your targeted area (in this case your abdomen) means it's working. Muscles take 48 hours to rebuild though, so try a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday routine. But don't over do it. If you try too much and too hard you will not enjoy it, you will give up and not reach your goal. Push yourself but not to the point where you don't or can't finish an excorsice set. Anyway, I hope this helps...Mark

Eat healthy and not junk food and that too when hungry and not more than three times a day. Water alone can be taken in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body massaging system is activated and tells u in time that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks on regular basis. U will attain ur desirable weight within a reasonable time.

You have to do a combination of exercises that work all those muscles- leg lifts, crunches and twists(sit on the floor and hold a dumbbell or medicine ball. bend your knees lifting your feet off the floor then twist your upper body from left to right- try doing it 20xs to each side.) And do a little cardio every day- you don't need to do a lot, cuz you're skinny. Just a little running or walking.

sit ups dont work. they are the second worst home work out thing you can do. get in push up position, but without your hands touching the ground, rest on you elbows. lift the rest of your body up and hold for one minute each day or so. you will feel it ache

do you see my sixes in the Avatar?!?
straight dedication 1st!!
2.) Crunches lifting up concentrating only on your stomach keeping your shoulders off the ground, chin up and squeeze up!! (keep your tailbone flat on the ground and give me about 50 reps then increase as the weeks progress)
3.) raise your butt off the ground with legs together using again, nothing but stomach muscles! (25-30 reps)
4.)sit ups (CORRECTLY) squeezing the stomach inward!! and breathing out correctly-most people say this makes your stomach stick out,...well thats because they are STICKING out or PUSHING OUT to SIT UP!!! common sense man!!
runing!! (IMPORTANT) run about at least a mile a day to burn that fat off to better show these abs.
with these different exercise and reps give me 3 sets on each!!

why haven't you started yet!?!?!

Okay............try to eat a LOT more protein. That should help. Then, when you start gaining weight, you can do side crunches. That should work. Good luck
