I pray for Israel because the Bible tells us to pray for the salvation of Israel.
God will continue to bless the United States because we support Israel.

as a jew i of course love my people israel but that does not mean i support the actions of the government in the state of israel. remember there was no jewish state when that verse was written. israel simply meant hebrew. jews and other peoples have lost their lives due to the whims of facist political leaders for thousands of years, israel the state is no exception. of course i hope for peace there and everywhere, and i believe that it is a special holy place, more importantly, i hope that all people are bessed in their lives, and that their lives are a blessing to others.

may god bless you and your family in that way as well. take care.

Amen, God will bless each that prays for Israel, and we certainly need all your help, because the time are getting closer.

Another way, even more effective in which you can bless Israel is trough making good deeds, and behaving well as your teacher Jesus told you.

Read Psalms, and behave very well, be always meditating about your actions, and never forget, to love and fear, and know God.

Called Christians by Divine Providence
For a whole year, Barnabas and Saul “taught quite a crowd, and it was first in Antioch that the disciples were by divine providence called Christians.” It is unlikely that the Jews were the first to call Jesus’ followers Christians (Greek) or Messianists (Hebrew), for they rejected Jesus as the Messiah, or Christ, and therefore would not tacitly recognize him as such by calling his followers Christians. Some think that the heathen population may have nicknamed them Christians in jest or out of scorn. The Bible, however, shows that the name Christians was God-given.—Acts 11:26.

I am very thankful for their presence in the middle east and do indeed hope they are strong for the Lord and strong in their position.
