I've tried it a few times & am considering trying it out again.
Has anyone here ever done this? If so, what did you think of it?

I have done it a few times. I liked it, I am not sure if it really helped me, but it helped me focus a lot in my sessions. I had these 2 controller things to hold. And they would switch back and forth with vibration. I am not sure if that is the same thing your talking about. I liked it a lot, but I am not very good at following through and returning to sessions. I think if you continued on weekly basis it would be a good thing. i hope this a helps a bit.

I've done it, and it definately worked. It helped me get in touch with some emotional things that I wasn't aware was going on. Its hard because facing those things made me want to bury them again, then I kept fighting my therapist on the method he'd use in the session and finally I had to learn to give up control and let him decide what we needed to do when. It is worth it because it really helps..
