Have you read Revelations?

It says Jesus's skin was as Brass burnt in a Furnance.

Sounds pretty dark to me.

Some Bible Books will say, Bronze burnt in a Furnance.

Revelations 1:1,13-15
1The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:
13And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

14His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

DON'T LET PEOPLE FOOL YOU.

BY SAYING, LOOK AT A RABBI, DO YOU THINK THEY ARE BLACK. or this ONE ,He looked like the People in Israel.

Funny, doesn't the bible say, the Jews went into Salavery, and were Scattered Abroad? YES. Have they not read in the bible that Israel was scattered abroad?

James 1:1
James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

Have they not read how God took away the Heritage of Israelites?
Jeremiah 12:7
I have forsaken mine house, I have left mine heritage; I have given the dearly beloved of my soul into the hand of her enemies.

Have they not read Deuteronomy 28 about the Curse of God to Israel if they didn't Keep his commandments? It says, that they will be brought into slavery in Ships?
WHO DID THAT HAPPEN TO? BLACK PEOPLE!

Deuteronomy 28:68
And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.
WHAT DOES GOD SAY?
Revelation 3:9
Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

HISTORY: Will tell you. Black people were sold by Africans, to White People for Salavery. Ever wonders why Africans sold there own People? Because they were not their own people. They were Israelites.

More PROOF? Well, Egypitians were Black. Proven fact. Why does alot of History books keep given us the Images of White people? Because Moses was mistaken for an Egyptian, and if they were BLACK, so would Moses. It would mess up there whole LIE. They have to keep that image up, even though its a fact the Ethopians and Egyptians were Brothers!! They were Both Black!

While Jesus, may have been Black. What does it mean? I don't know, but you shouldn't think YOUR color is going to save you its not!!!

It doesn't matter what color your skin is. Your Heart is what the focus should be. Most Old white people, take pride that Jesus was White, because that is what they were taught. They looked down on people of Color because of it. If Jesus was Black, are you gonna be like them. I hope not.

In the bible you won't find, the color of your skin mattering any where.

I aslo have many scriptures saying that Israelites were black. But does it matter?

If Jewish people in Bible times were black then, yes.

What does the race of this man have to do with anything?

The whole point is that this man, being the Logos, willingly took the assignment of coming to earth and teaching and healing and guiding his people and many others that where NOT Jewish to the True God.
He laid down his life to fulfill a Scripture that few even think about these days because they are so sensitive to race.

"‘that by reason of the fact that you have done this thing and you have not withheld your son, your only one, 17 I shall surely bless you and I shall surely multiply your seed like the stars of the heavens and like the grains of sand that are on the seashore; and your seed will take possession of the gate of his enemies. 18 And by means of your seed all nations of the earth will certainly bless themselves due to the fact that you have listened to my voice.’”
-Genesis 22:16-18

This is a prophetic pattern in the Scriptures.
Abraham is like God and his Son is like Jesus.
However, where God stopped Abraham from killing his son as a sacrifice He didn't spare his own Son to buy back what was lost for all mankind. That is perfect life. Yes, he also stayed by his own laws and didn't bend or break them.

The point is that "ALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH WILL CERTAINLY BLESS THEMSELVES"

At this point we should all feel that race has nothing to do with it.
Please don't get caught up in the details and miss the message.

I think yes.
Jesus was taken to Egypt as a child. Nothing in the book about how long for.
Last book of the new testament says that his feet are 'like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace. Revelation 1: 15.

I may not be black, but i do think that Jesus was black.
In the old testament, many of the Israelites married Egyptian, Ethiopian, and women of other nations and tribes.

It says in the old testament that Moses married an Ethiopian woman. No 'racism' in the bible i read.

If schools were free of all political control, your opinion about any subject wouldn't be enough to get you expelled.
No one should be expelled unless they're stealing or doing violence.

It relies upon, 80's black jesus, isn't any tournament for ninety's black jesus. The 80's black Jesus vs the 50's white Jesus would lose. in spite of the undeniable fact that, the ninety's black Jesus will beat incredibly lots any jesus different than perhaps the ninety's mexican jesus.

Absolutely! However, (there is always a but).

Christ is spirit, and if he was going to accomplish something here on Earth he had to choose somebody, and it just so happens that through one man; Christ said: "He'll do." And so it goes, that through Abraham (who was not even Jewish at the time) was chosen. Christ could have chosen the Chinese, Indians, Africans, whoever. So why Abraham? Mostly geography-
from Israel to Iraq ( at the time ) was the center of the world and to reach all the world you start the ripple in the center.

One small point about colors.

The experience of dealing with diverse races is important to our development; it prepares us for that infinite diversity that awaits us.

Therefore it is vital that we learn to accept the fact, that we need each other!

Peace............brother!

Sure, why not? It's not likely, since he lived in the Middle East and those people are not ethnically black....but it's possible. Anything is possible.

BTW, there are some people who are both Jewish and black. Sammy Davis Jr. is the most famous one, but there are others.

Read the bible! He was a Jewish carpenter and later a Rabbi. Seen any Jewish Rabbi's latley? Well, that might give you an idea of how Jesus really looks. And another thing, what difference does it make anyway?

No. He would have looked more like those that live in the Middle East - that is his place of origin.

No, Jesus was not Black, He was of the olive tone skin color. However, I feel that God will be the color of those that you detest... for example racism... if you are white and detest black skin tone people, don't be shocked if God is black when you go in front of Him. If you are black and you detest olive tone skin people, God could very well be olive tone. etc. etc.
