go for a picnic or candlelight/sunset dinner, try a bike ride, how about shopping for your new home (if you have one). Usually there are cute shops around bed and breakfast were you can get little nix-nacks for your home. Write postcards to your friends and family.

Oh c'mon, as if swimming, boating and relaxing is not enough for 2 days?? LOL Just enjoy each other's company. I don't know where you're going - maybe you can go snorkeling? Or horseback riding on the beach? Or walking around the new town? Going out to a nice dinner?

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

If you'd rather not use the computer so much, try graph paper to sketch out the puzzle and use real pictures or pictures from magazines.

They have some bed and breakfasts that are like mystery theatre things....you go for two days and the mystery starts when you arrive...you have to try and figure it out before you leave. They are very fun!!!!

rent a canoe and the 2 of you go down stream with a bottle of wine or whatever and some cheese and crackers and maybe drop anchor in the middle of nowhere and have a little alone time.

Wherever you are going be sure to do things that the locals do. Always ask waiters, the people that own the B & B, people your age, pretty much wherever it isn't too weird to ask people their advice. Good Luck and Congrats!
