They do not eat all the time.
Eat healthy and not junk food and that too when hungry and not more than three times a day. Water alone can be taken in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body massaging system is activated and tells u in time that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks on regular basis. U will attain ur desirable weight within a reasonable time.

It could be just an evolutionary genetic trait of high metabolism, but it can also be attributed to their diet. Traditionally, asians have a very healthy diet, especially the Japanese.
That's why some of the oldest living people on the planet tend to be Japanese as well.
But expect this to change this century. The future of these eastern asian countries will be eating more mcdonald's and less rice.

Its going to sound messed up, but the majority of Americans are lazy slobs who dont do anything. You dont have to exercise to not be fat or flabby. You just have to eat healthy and be active. Over in Asia, they are mainly people that work longer days, then when they get home, they work there too. Many dont really watch tv or do things that they consider a waste of time. And it just doesnt take much to fill an Asian person up.
Americans have the biggest stomachs because of the food we eat, while Asians are content with basic foods that someone on a stranded island would eat. And when I say stomach, I mean your actual stomach, not your gut.

skorp,
Never seen a fat Chinese or Japanese person, eh?
I've seen plenty.
I hate broad generalizations..."these people," indeed...
FYI...One get get fat as hell eating nothing but rice. While "these people" may have been thinner in comparison than their western counterparts in the past, the proliferation of fast food (I don't know about China, but in Japan, anything you can get in the U.S., you can get there) restaurants sees that difference disappearing quickly. Diabetes and heart disease are on the rise as well.

Salt causes bloating and butter is an excellent source of calories, so flavor pasta, sauces, meat, and stews with fresh new herbs, garlic, and onions as an alternative.

iHi,
Have you ever heard of Goji Juice? In an Asian anti-obesity study, patients wre given goji each morning and each afternoon. Results were excellent with most patients losing significant weight. In another study, goji polysaccharides were shown to reduce body weight by enhancing the conversion of food into energy instead of fat. To find out more go to www.sharegoji.com

Add protein powder to fairly sweet recipes (like these Rice Krispies treats) to boost the nutrition.

I think that that's a little bit racist. Just because you've never seen a fat chinese or japanese person doesn't mean that there aren't any

I've always wondered the same thing. I think it's genetics and what they eat. They also drink a lot of green tea i heard that works for weight loss.
