the body does not expend a lot of energy performing those those types of exercise so you really don't need to follow any special type of diet just regular healthy eating. obviously you wouldn't want to eat a lot before ab training. I would wait a good 1-1.5 hours after eating if you are going to be training the abs hard.

Eat healthy and not junk food and that too when hungry and not more than three times a day. Water alone can be taken in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body massaging system is activated and tells u in time that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks on regular basis. U will attain ur desirable weight within a reasonable time. All exercises, particularly heavy ones, shud be done on empty stomach.

The night before a PT test [nowadays I think it is referred to as a PFT] I always "carbed up". Not sure of the biology or whatever, but carbs offer the body energy. So, eat some pasta if you can and then enjoy the "fun" the next morning.

before you should eat protein well balance fruit, vegetable or pasta,after light like salad fish nothing heavy you are still burning after you leave the gym so eat healthy before and after low carb, Or power drink,health bar,fruit,
