Type in "Adobe Premiere" and "Adobe After Effects" in the search bar and several versions of each will appear. Download them and follow the directions that come with those files and you will have a fine editing and special effects ensemble.
And you will need a bittorrent client to accomplish the downloads. Here is a good one:
