My state tax form never came in, what should i do? Can i do them online, how do i send them my W2 if i can?

they don't send them to you. you go to an official distributer, like your public library or even an Officemax and get the forms yourself. Or you can shell out 60 bucks and buy turbo tax or any other online tax filing program. and send it to them electronically. The only thing you do get sent to you is the W-2.
