APPLES!!! an apple a day keeps the doctor away!! but i'd recomend eating all the fruit if u want to be healthier!! haha! bananas might work too!! idk about watermelon though... i guess it could be healthier.. maybe pineapple is good to. Try apples and pineapple! carrot juice? alot of fruit is healthy! look it up on the internet! i'd say anykind of fruit it's the healtheist stuff on the planet! try some fruit you like.. maybe grapes they taste good!

It depends on what you want out of the fruit. If you want to take in more water, watermelon. Blueberries have lots of Antioxidents, and tropical fruits usually have tons of vitamin C. Bannanas have a lot of potassium, and they can also help make you sleepy if you eat them before you go to bed. I think that blueberries overall probably have the most benefits.

There really is no "healthiest" fruit - all fruits are healthy!

Oranges, grapefruit, blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, and cantaloupe are good sources of antioxidants.

yes it depends on what nutrients you want. but to be trully healthy you should boost your immune system and absorption of nutrients. many peple will dispute on antioxidants and vitamin c on this but the safest bet up to now will be to stack up on the C so try GUAVA. it may not look or even taste it but it contains much more vitamin c than citrus fruits such as oranges or lemons. as in terms of antioxidants it also contains relatively large amounts.

I believe that all fruit is healthy.Fruit is a food group and different fruit are stronger and better for you than others.Fiber,hydration,nutrients all come from fruit....eat all fruit and do the body good!
