I find it is best made in a bundt pan or angel food pan as the middle tends to stay doughy when done in a loaf pan. Here's what I do. I use frozen bread dough for mine but biscuts work too!
Cut biscuts/dough into quarters. Dip each piece into sauce. Put into well oiled pan, 1 layer at a time. Sprinkle cheese betwen layers and on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. You can add any toppings you like too between the layers (meat, jalapenos, just not pineapple or mushrooms - too watery).
Variation - I like an rosemary bubble bread.
Roll biscut/bread dough pieces in melted butter which has rosemary, garlic, and black pepper in it. Put in well greased pan with cheddar chees between the layers and on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
I hope you enjoy these!

I think I found it!

Pizza Bubble Bread (Microwaveable!)
1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup pepperoni, sliced small
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1. Spray a glass pie pan (a 9x9 pan also works) with cooking spray.
2. Place a custard cup upside down in the center of pan (this is to make sure it cooks evenly). Make sure to spray this with cooking spray also.
3. Separate the biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4-6 pieces per biscuit.
4. Toss dough with pizza sauce and seasoning. Pour around custard cup.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and pepperoni over the top.
6. Microwave for 6 minutes. Watch closely as microwaves vary. Enjoy:)!
7. **Variation** Make it Mexican with picante sauce, taco cheese, cumin, and black olives.
8. **Of course, you could always make this in the oven too!

40 Small slices pepperoni
8 oz Mozzarella cheese cut into 20 pieces
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

2. Separate 1 can of dough into 10 biscuits, press or roll each into 3-inch round. Place 2 pepperoni slices in center of each biscuit round. Top each with piece of mozzarella cheese. Bring dough up around filling, press edge to seal and shage each into ball. Roll in butter mixture, place 10 balls in sprayed pan.

3. Sprinkle dough balls with parmesan. Repeat with remaining biscuits, placing balls over balls in pan. Pour remaining butter mixture over top.

4. Bake at 350 for 33 to 38 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Gently loosen bread from sides of pan. Place a large heatproof plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over. Remove pan. Serve warm with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Cover a rimmed cookie sheet or shallow pan with refrigerator biscuits so they touch.

Cover with a layer of pizza sauce (or spaghetti sauce, if you prefer).

If you want any meat or veggies, they may be put on next.

Top with shredded Three Cheeses or your favorite cheese, shredded.
