I enlisted in the Navy. I told the recruiter everything, he said not to tell MEPS, or anyone at bootcamp that I had counseling back in hs school in 1995, and took meds for depression, and bi-polar disorder. I've been functioning fine without those meds since then, and I don't need them, or counseling. I went cause my parents were abusive, and one of them died before kicking me out because I took my sisters side. -needless to say it was a stressful period, and for that I'm stained for the rest of my life for trying to get help. They found out at bootcamp (it says it right on my hs transcript..) and now a black mark of an re4. I'd do anything to get back in the military, take any crappy, or dangerous job, but I know it all depends on meeting qualifications no matter the job. RE4 is a DQ, but what are the chances I can get it down to a RE3?

I don't want to be a downer on this one, but it is a major uphill battle, and not likely winnable, to get the RE code changed. One thing I would do is write to my congressman and see if they can help you.

I was a recruiter at one time. I know that if you are on meds right now for this medication and are still considered to be bi-polar it is a definite DQ, however if you can get medically cleared (which is what your recruiter should have done from the get-go) maybe, and this is a BIG MAYBE, you can get another shot.
Try to get medically cleared through your doctor, if it is possible then write to that congressman/woman. Write to each one and tell them your experience and that you want to serve your country and ask for help.
If this doesn't work, there are many ways you can serve your country. Police officer, Fire fighter, EMS....all these people put their lives on the line for America each day. They do it on a local level, where the military does it on a national level.
Please, if the military road doesn't work out for you, consider one of the other professions that I mentioned. We need Americans like you to step up to the plate and be leaders and heroes.
God bless you, keep your head up and good luck!

The director of the sequence replaced into certainly making a by skill of-the-numbers Resident Evil 4. the interest replaced into something like 70% or so finished and featured a extensive, extensive mansion and an airship section. Leon replaced into nevertheless the action picture star nevertheless, and it revolved around the "progenitor virus" and Umbrella, which a technique or the different makes those peculiar 'ghost' zombies you had to show to magnificent gentle to wreck. there replaced right into a hook-weilding phantom that chased you around besides. the director even nevertheless did no longer like the way it replaced into turning out and desperate to rather scrap the full interest and commence over, besides as changing the perspective and gameplay to a greater action-packed shoot-em-up interest type. i'm at artwork and could't get the hyperlinks (hi, i'm on lunch smash), yet bypass google/yahoo early RE4 movies and you will see what I recommend. The hook phantom and ghost zombie stuff replaced into exceedingly cool. Oh yeah, creepy lively dolls too. The virus replaced right into a extraordinary Silent Hill variety of stress.

RE4 as know means "bar to reenlistment. If you wish to get it upgraded, you will need to contact the Board of Corrections of Naval Records (BCNR). at www.hq.navy.mil/bcnr/bcnr.htm. You can download an application for correction. There is also an explanation of the process. Good luck! Hope you can get back in if that is your goal
