Nope sorry. You need to have a permanent residence, a social security number, and at least 2 years of continuous employment in order to qualify for most loans. Also, it takes at least a month for a loan to be processed. It won't happen overnight. I had to miss a quarter from school before my student loans were available. I will need to get one more loan for two quarters before I graduate at the end of March in 2008. Then the process of repayment will begin.
