Theres this guy at my school and he is really sweet and he is nice and he told his friends he liked me and i like him too A LOT but hes not that cute and everybody would make fun of me but i know looks dont matter but i dont know for sure if he likes me so what will he do when hes making a move or when hes fixing to ask me out???

Why wait for him to make a move? If you like him, start talking to him. If he's interested, he'll be more likely to make his move because you expressed interest in him first.
Who cares what other people really think? It's about what you and this guy want to do, right?...the rest of the world can mind their own business. Don't be so shallow as to pass up going out with a guy just because "Jennifer cheerleader" thinks you or he is a geek because you might be friends or going out together (no offense to those with the name Jennifer or to cheerleaders intended ;o)
Besides...if you all fall in love, as cliche as it sounds, it really won't matter what either of you looks like.

I think you should give him a chance and if your friends are making fun of you then they're not really good friends because yourfriends should be defending you not making fun of you
but take a chance to look at him no really look at him and ask yourself at that moment are you atracted to him because if you not then don't go for it. but don't make you desicion based on what other people think because it is your choice and your life so make the choice based on how YOU feel

Go for it. What do you have to lose? If everyone makes fun of you about how he looks they are not very good friends. Be strong, go for what you want. You'll be happier in the long run.

okay if you like him than it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks and i know that that is a hard thing to say but the same thing happened to my friend and she has the best bf ever!! if he makes a move then totally say yess!! but if he doesn't dont worry, he may be shy
