wear sun screen at all times for the skin. the hair it depends on they damage that has been done. if it is naturally curly, try to rinse it and don't use soap like chemicals on it on a often basis. i switch shampoos and that helps a lot

For skin: Don't smoke, moisturize, and remember not to let it dry out. For hair: don't wash it every day. I wash my hair every 2-3 days because it's not oily and i only re-wet it every day and style it. It keeps it moisturized and healthy, even though I dye it every 6 weeks. it's the best way I've found to keeping my hair healthy! But the main thing for both skin and hair is to remember that if you put healthy things into your body (the food you eat and the drugs you do or do not take), your body will remain youthful and healthy--this goes especially for skin and hair!

stay away from too much sun and deep condition every once and a while avoid heat on you hair e.g. straighteners or blow dryers and wear sunscreen and moisterize
