what do u say when someone says "how's it going?"

"alright, how are you?" that's what i usually say.... and i also go into it a little more if i'm actually talking to the person, and not just passing them on the street...

My wife hates it when I say that, though. Or, I might say "I'm good...you?
When I'm at work though, the answer is always: AWESOME or WONDERFUL or something like that...or Pretty Good...u?
