Please, please! Concern yourself with your BMI (Body Mass Index) than with actual weight. You can find out how to figure that out at a reputable website (not a diet website). Try HealthFX. Another person of your stature could actually weigh more than you, just by having more muscle. Exercise, play sports eat healthy (drink plenty of water and get off the sugars) You will lean down if necessary and be a lot happier. What you can do with that weight is more important than how much or little of it you have...
If you do not like running (which I do not either) play some sports. I found it much easier to run etc...if I have a ball or puck to chase. Good luck!

Four pounds is too much to lose in one week especially on one so small. It is much safer to lose 1-2 pounds a week. That means that you need a calorie deficit of 3500-7000 calories a week and you can do that by eating less and exercising more. Since, you dont want to be too skinny, I suggest that in addition to cardio (biking, running, etc) that you also strength train. It will give you a rockin' toned body. Make sure you drink lots of water and skip the soda and juices.

I heard it is best to lose 1 -2 pounds per week. It is a little more safe to lose weight at that rate. If you lose weight too quickly it might not stay off. However, in the beginning of a your weight loss program, you lose the most weight. Good luck.

There is no body weight that is normal for an adult that is near the 100 lb mark.... you have some weight issues that you need to discuss with a therapist.... tighten up with exercise but don't lose weight. You'll do damage to your body if you are not careful.

good luck

you can easily loose 4lbs in a week dieting and exercising, but exercising its more than that it has to be a lifestyle if you really want to enjoy the benefits from it.
if you don't like running try some other sport, I personally do judo and I love it!!!
